Exploring habits of thought that can lead to worry, fear, low moods, irritability and anger.

Join a small group (4-6 persons) to explore thinking styles that influence our moods and sense of well being. Where do thoughts come from? How have they become to feel a part of us? We will practice techniques to enable us to look objectively at our thinking styles and broaden our vision of life situations. We will learn practices to increase our awareness. Our work together will incorporate principles from cognitive psychology, philosophy and various faith traditions.

This group will begin as soon as 4 or more persons sign up. Dates and times will be determined by the group. It will run for 6-7 weeks depending upon the size of the gourp. New groups will begin throughout the year. Call for more information. This class is faciliated by Judy Collins, MFT #36340.
