Children

Peace Kids Sunday School happens every Sunday morning between 11:10 – 11:50 a.m and includes children from ages 3 through Grade 4.

We are currently using a lectionary-based curriculum program called Spark which you can learn more about here. In addition we  occasionally integrate Godly Play stories into the morning’s lesson.

If you would like your child to participate in our Sunday School program please bring your child to either our Preschool-Kindergarten or Grade 1 – 4 class following the worship service (and hospitality time) any Sunday through May 2012.

Every Sunday morning during our congregational worship a special time is set aside for all the children to join Pr. Anita for a children’s sermon. We welcome the children’s wiggles and giggles as part of the sounds that comprise our worship time, and because we believe our children are equal members in the family of God with their own talents and gifts to share with us we’re continually looking for ways to involve the children actively in the worship time.
