Peace Garden

The Peace Garden is located on the grounds behind our Sanctuary. We have designed a simple and gracious environment which welcomes passersby and radiates the peace we pray for. The Labyrinth invites you to stroll to the Center through mindful walking. The Peace Mosaic visually delights the heart and stirs dreams of what interfaith people can become together. “May Peace prevail on Earth” is inscribed in 7 different languages on our Peace Pole – a global symbol in 55 countries encouraging everyone to pray and work for peace.

The Children’s Garden is a beautiful place to rest and relax. It also serves as a Memorial Garden for families who have lost children at an early age.

Nearby is our newest addition: a California Native Plant Garden. In honor of Earth Day these native plants were planted to inspire us with their beauty and educate us about hearty, drought-resistant plants for our own gardens. Come and enjoy the gifts of earth and sky and being alive.
